Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RiseLocal.io's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

RiseLocal.io provides done-for-you business automation systems, AI agent configuration, tool integrations, and related digital services for local businesses. The specific scope of services is agreed upon between RiseLocal.io and the client prior to commencement of work.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly service fees are billed in advance. One-time setup fees are due prior to or upon commencement of the buildout. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, access to managed systems and AI agent configurations may be transferred to the client or terminated depending on the plan and agreement in place.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information required for setup, maintaining access credentials to connected third-party tools, and ensuring their use of the services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, and configurations built by RiseLocal.io remain the intellectual property of RiseLocal.io until the client account is in good standing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use all delivered configurations within their business.

7. Limitation of Liability

RiseLocal.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

RiseLocal.io reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
